8/27/2016 13:00 - Pronounced

21:15 (8:15 PP) Washout started with PBS, 4 L.  Blood clot observed.

21:25 Washout finished

21:28 Fixation started with 3% glutaraldehyde, 80mmHg with very good flow
21:41 Finished fixation, 12 L perfused.  Placed in refrigeration.

9/2/2016 Removed skullcap to evaluate brain.  Anterior brain was lightly fixed, but not the posterior.  Volume of fixative was inadequate.
