This optional video window can be turned on from within Setup.

This feature is only useful if you have a second monitor to show it on.  It will show flow in the diagram and in the 3D model, based on whether the arterial pump is on or not.  It was designed in such a way that in can be enhanced later to allow many different kinds of custom diagrams.  Yes, the current diagram is very outdated.
