back to Perfusion Monitor Software
The manual always reflects the most current version.
The downloads are .zip files. Depending on your browser, right click save as, or click and then select options from the lower downloads bar. Save to C:\CryoPerfusionMonitor\. Right click, Extract All... Follow the installation instructions in Perfusion Monitor Installation. Keep in mind that this software only has about 3 users. With so few users running it, "others" are not going to catch new bugs. Test any new version prior to using in production.

Example: Pump max was 100. On ramp, pumps max out at 80/20 instead of 100/25.
Reglo flow number was showing 6x greater than actual. Also added better documentation to Pump page.
Flow legend, y axis, now supports very small numbers and shows more decimal places.
ConcentratePercentCPA added to Config File.
released 2018-11-12
Flow setting for Reglo pump, 2.79mm ID, 31mL/min at 100 RPM
released 2018-09-27
Support for Ismatec Reglo ICC Pump.
released 2018-04-12
Pump show elapsed volume, with reset
X-axis presets in config file
released 2018-04-08
Software versions are now sequentially numbered instead of named by date.
Calibrate pressure window has slightly better instructions.
Graphics Videos now easily launched on second screen. see Video
Better touchscreen control with finger: big flow and concentrations sliders, and bigger buttons throughout.
Added safety feature to shut off flow automation when pressure drops below 10mmHg. Prevents spin up of pumps if transducer is disconnected.
Concentration ramp now starts empty, and then gets easily added to graph as a 30 minute ramp.
Pump PID gain settings can be pulled from config file. Helps with smaller pumps. see Config File.
Bug fix: The upper right graph (short-term temperature) was throwing Overflow Exception if thermocouples were unplugged or malfunctioning.
Bug fix: Could not load file or assembly "Microsoft.DirectX.AudioVideoPlayback". There was a temporary workaround.
Pressure calibration changed from delta mmHg to delta mV. This makes calibration faster, since the two calibrations no longer affect each other.
Pressure response changed from once per second to 5.5 times per second. This prevents fluctuations and will make automation possible.
Data points on left graphs and in saved file, now show one minute averages rather than snapshots.
Config file name is now far more flexible and must simply contain "config" in the name. Allows date first, for example. See Config File.
New versions are posted here for download at the leisure of the end users.
Bug fix: Pump continued to run if software was closed.
Bug fix: Time lag when stopping pump or changing pump speed.
Support for RPM and different tubing sizes. see Software Perfusion Monitor Setup.
Enhanced config file: many new fields, including company, tubing sizes, and y-axis legends. see Config File.
Pressure calibrations can now be changed manually and also stored in config file
This is a list of requests that may or may not be done in future versions. It's listed with highest priority at the top.
Custom predefined concentration ramps
Config file, include setting for concentrate percent CPA
Perfusion by volume. Example 100 ml of X, 100 ml of Y, etc
Ramp by RI. Example, 20 min from one RI to another.
Refractometer inputs, three. 4-20mA. Graph on lower concentration graph.
Lower Priorty, may never get done, but here for reference:
Flow meter support
Scale show current weight of the sample
Plugin dll framework
Chiller controller:
COM control of Omega CNi16 PID for heat
COM control of second CNi16 for cooling compressor
Laser distance input, 4-20mA. Graph somewhere.
Temperature alarm text messages, customized for each company
USB rotary knob to control pump speed
ANB logo
Resolution 4k (3840x2160), not just 1920x1080.
Pressure alarm audible
Deprecate the SubzeroCooldown software by adding all necessary features to the Perfusion software.
Comm protocol to control chiller temp
Start/stop data collection to file. This is less of an issue now that we have better defaults in config file.
